美国阿肯色大学电气工程学院Dr. Zhong Chen 招收博士生， 从事半导体器件和电路， 高电压功率器件，集成电路可靠性方向的研究。
该项目提供全额奖学金包括学费和生活费。
录取要求：
电气工程专业的学士或硕士；
GPA最低3.0分，GRE最低302分；

Dr. Zhong Chen in Electrical Engineering in University of Arkansas is looking for outstanding graduate students in the following research areas:
1. Semiconductor devices and circuits
2. High voltage power devices, wide bandgap devices
3. Device and IC reliability
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum GPA: 3.0; Minimum GRE: 302
3. Students who do not have required GPA or GRE scores but have good academic results
are also encouraged to apply
