工作描述: 

1.    Analog IC Design Engineer 
-MSEE with 1+ years or BSEE with 3+ years of IC design experience count ASIC o
 
r mixed-signal projects from netlist to Tape-out.  
-Familiar with Cadence, Hspice, Matlab prefer 
-Good communication skills and the ability to adapt towards working in a cross
 
 cultural work environment. 
-Familiar with fundamental process flow. 
- UNIX OS 
-Good English and Chinese Verbal and Written Communication Skills. 
-Good work attitude and learning capability. 
Candidate with following experience is preferred 
- Successful IC tape out  
- High performance analog macro block layout such as ADCs, DACs, PORs, PLLs an
 
d ESD padrings design 

2.    ASIC Design Engineer  
-    MSEE with 1+ years or BSEE with 3+ years of IC design experience 
-    Good communication skills and the ability to adapt towards working in a c
 
ross cultural work environment. 
-    Good work attitude and learning capability. 
-    Good verilog RTL coding  skills along with good debugging  skills 
-    Successful IC tape out experience is preferred 
-    MCU, DSP, USB, digital video, audio compression knowledge and experience 
 
is preferred 
-    Proficient with synthesis and  timing tool 
-    Preferable C/C++ knowledge and coding at assembly level programming 
-    Preferable prototyping experience using FPGAs 

3. IC Layout Design Engineer 
-BSEE or MSEE with 1+ year of directly related experience; Project leadership 
 
or management skills preferred 
-Extensive experience with IC customer physical design; have successfully tape
 
d out at least 5 ICs including SOC and mixed-signal ICs (ADC, DAC, PLL etc). 

-Familiar with place & route tools, commanding file writings;  
-Knowledge in standard cell for custom chip design, floor planning, and full c
 
hip placement; 
-Familiar with Scripts programming, UNIX, LINUX, C-Shell 
-Experience with Apollo and Hercules from Avant!, Silicon Ensemble from Cadenc
 
e. 
-Very fluent in English writing, reading and speaking in the working environme

4. IC系统设计工程师 
职责： 
1.  产品前端设计及仿真； 
2.  FPGA验证； 
3.  产品测试及应用。 
要求： 
1.  1年以上IC或电路设计经验； 
2.  熟悉FPGA相关的工具及接口电路； 
3.  熟悉Sehematic及PCB Cayont工具； 
4.  电子类本科及以上。 
Optional: 
1.  具有高速数模/模数转换器经验者优先； 
2.  具有Class D音频放大器经验者优先 

5. 集成电路销售工程师 
职责：负责公司集成电路产品的销售工作，包括直接客户和渠道销售。 
要求： 
A.电子及相关专业毕业； 
B.三年以上集成电路产品销售经验； 
C.对消费类、音频类、通讯类相关集成电路市场较为了解； 
D.具备独立开拓新客户，推广新产品的能力； 
E.吃苦敬业，有开拓精神，人际关系好，能出差； 
F.良好的沟通能力。 

6. 技术支持工程师 
1.电子工程、自动化等相关专业本科以上学历； 
2.1年以上芯片支持和应用经验，具备高频信号PCB Layoht经验； 
3.对A/D,D/A的应用设计及调试有深刻理解； 
4.具备良好的沟通能力，为人正直、诚实。
